DB502 Emergency Electric Hospital Bed

This multi-functional medical bed is meticulously crafted for clinical reliability, safety, and user-friendliness, ideal for general care and emergency scenarios. The bed panel is integrally punched from cold-rolled steel without any welds, while the bed frame adopts 40*80mm rectangular tubes with a 1.5mm thickness and rounded corners, formed in one piece for structural sturdiness. Each bed panel features multiple air vents and boasts a load-bearing capacity of ≥300Kg, paired with a safe working load of 230KG to meet clinical demands. The entire bed undergoes electrostatic spraying technology, achieving rust prevention, environmental protection, and antibacterial effects for long-term hygiene and durability.

Equipped with back-knee linkage and an electric CPR function, the bed supports efficient emergency care. It comes with detachable headboards and tailboards—blow-molded as one piece from high-quality PP resin, complete with locking devices for easy disassembly during emergencies, special care, or patient transfers; both components are fitted with handles for convenient maneuvering. The new four-piece split lifting guardrails, installed on the bed panel, operate synchronously with the bed body to maximize patient safety. The upper part of the guardrails is ergonomically designed for easy gripping, serving as a support for patients when standing up. Notably, the safety guardrails cannot be opened from the inside, only by pressing from outside to inside, effectively preventing accidental bed exits caused by patient operation. Both front and rear guardrails are equipped with angle displays (showing the backboard lifting angle), a battery level indicator, and a lowest position indicator light, providing clear real-time status visibility.

For operational convenience, the guardrails are fitted with dual controllers: a patient controller on the inner side and a medical staff controller on the outer side (capable of operating all bed functions). The guardrail controllers feature an automatic locking function after a period of inactivity to avoid misoperation. Additionally, the bed is equipped with one manual CPR device on each side of the bed panel, along with two drainage bag hooks and auxiliary hooks on both sides for practical clinical use. It is mounted on high-quality 125mm double-sided casters, featuring a three-stage seesaw central locking system (locking, free-moving, directional) with a double-sided fully enclosed design, offering excellent anti-static, acid-resistant, silent, and anti-tangling performance for smooth and safe mobility.
