Product Introduction

The YGD03 electric operating table is a multi-purpose surgical table designed for operating rooms that handle a mix of procedures. It supports general surgery, gynecology, urology, ENT, and orthopedics, so hospitals and surgical centers can standardize on one platform instead of switching tables between departments.

The table frame, side rails, base cover, and column cover are all made of SUS304 stainless steel. That choice matters in the OR: the surface resists corrosion, stands up to repeated disinfection, and holds its finish after years of daily use. The tabletop is split into four sections — head, back (with waist bridge), hip, and leg — and uses a high-strength composite material with X-ray transmittance. Electric push-rod positioning
Lifting, Trendelenburg and reverse Trendelenburg, lateral tilt, backplate flexion/extension, and translation are all powered. No manual pumping, no waiting on hydraulic pressure to build.

Dual control system with redundancy
The table ships with a handheld remote and a fixed column controller. If one fails during a case, the other still runs the table. That redundancy is a real safety feature in a busy OR, not a marketing line.

The leg plate folds up and down with an imported gas spring. It moves smoothly and quietly, and one person can adjust it.

Double-joint headboard
The headboard uses a double-joint structure and can be adjusted until it sits horizontally parallel with the tabletop. That helps with ENT, head and neck, and airway access.

Built-in kidney bridge
The waist bridge is built into the table and raised or lowered with a manual crank handle. It gives better exposure for gallbladder, kidney, and upper abdominal cases, and it keeps the tabletop cleaner than an external bridge.

German TENTE central-lock casters
The 6-inch casters are imported from Germany and use a central-lock silent design. The three-mode brake system gives you directional, universal, and full-lock settings, so the table moves easily when you want it to and stays put when you don't.

Memory foam mattress
The mattress is high-grade memory foam, at least 6 cm thick. It's antibacterial, antistatic, pressure-relief, easy to clean, and stain-resistant. For long surgeries, that pressure relief helps reduce the risk of pressure ulcers.

Battery backup
A fully charged internal battery runs the table without AC power for at least 80 minutes of positioning adjustments, or roughly 50–80 operations depending on use. There's a low-battery warning, so you're not caught off guard mid-case.

297 kg static load
The whole machine handles a static load of 297 kg. That's enough headroom for bariatric patients and for the pushing and leaning that happens during real OR work.

Each table comes with an anesthesia protective screen, shoulder support, hand rest, body support, leg support, mattress, and handheld controller. You're not piecing together a setup after delivery.
