YGG02 Carbon Fibre Orthopedic Traction Frame
This surgical traction frame, designed to support patients and pull their lower limbs when used in conjunction with operating tables during surgical procedures, boasts a premium build with a carbon fiber main body and 304 stainless steel metal parts, while its key angle-adjusting components are fastened with face teeth and precision-cast in one piece for enhanced stability and durability. Featuring mechanical transmission for traction and a 360° rotatable tractor that enables flexible positioning at various postures and angles, it is fully compatible with C-arm machines at any position without any blind spots or obstacles, making it an ideal auxiliary tool for a wide range of surgical scenarios.
.▲ The extension rods are constructed of carbon fiber with a cross-sectional dimension of 50×50 mm and adopt a dual-section design. The long extension rod is 1320 mm in length, while the short extension rod measures 350 mm.
.▲ The joint connecting the extension rod and the special adapter supports horizontal adjustment with an adjustment range of ≥430 mm. A single extension rod can be detached to secure a wide surgical field of view and facilitate the placement and operation of the C-arm.
.The traction frame can be lifted and lowered along with the operating table to any height, accommodating height requirements of various operating tables.
.The overall length of the traction frame is 1720 mm. The abduction angle of the short extension rod is ≥180°, and the abduction angle of the long extension rod is ≥300°.
.End-face tooth fastening technology is adopted for key angle adjustment components, with locking teeth integrally formed by precision casting.
.The seat plate is made of radiolucent material to satisfy C-arm fluoroscopy requirements. It can be inserted into the adapter at left, middle and right positions to facilitate surgeries in supine position. A perineal post is included, with a length of ≥230 mm and a diameter of ≥80 mm.
.Leg supports can be adjusted forward, backward, up and down, and rotate angularly for convenient patient positioning.
.▲ The traction mechanism supports horizontal and vertical displacement during surgery: horizontal displacement ≥1100 mm, vertical displacement ≥400 mm, with calibrated scales for reference.
.The traction mechanism allows horizontal and vertical angle adjustment. The horizontal adjustment range is 0–360°, and the vertical adjustment range is 0–190°.
.▲ The traction boot can rotate 360° and be rapidly locked at any angle to enable positioning for all postures. It features two-stage adjustment with a traction stroke of ≥200 mm, and manual fine-tuning via calibrated scales.
.The traction tension of the traction boot is ≥450 N.
.A storage cart is supplied with the traction frame, measuring 775×560×690 mm. It enables storage of all accessories and allows quick assembly and stowage of the traction frame via mobility of the cart.
.The maximum overall load capacity of the traction frame is ≥200 kg.
